Support our work and become a friend of Milngavie in Bloom

Membership of Milngavie in Bloom is free and open to anyone aged 16 and over who lives in or near Milngavie. Signing up doesn’t commit you to anything - you do not need to know anything about gardening and there is no requirement to volunteer. All we ask is that you support our aims to keep the town ‘green and clean'.

 

There are 3 categories of membership: Gardening, Clean Sweep (litter picking) and Friend but you can be in more than one category if you wish.

​As a member you will receive our regular newsletter and advance notice of our activities and will be invited to join our social events. If you no longer wish to be a member then please let our membership secretary Ian know.

If you have some free time and are considering volunteering our volunteer convenor, Douglas Cameron, can tell you more about the work we do. You can also can try a taster session and see if its right for you before you commit. If you decide to become a regular volunteer, we ask that you become a member so you are always up to date. For the next volunteer session please look at our Dates for your Diary page. ​

We also welcome other experience, knowledge and skills that are beneficial to a group like ours. For example artists, photographers, those with fundraising or grant experience.....
